REALIZATION OF A PRIVATE CINEMA ROOM TO TOULON.

Every private cinema we create has its own unique identity. This latest project, located in the south of France, is a perfect example. Spanning 65 m² entirely dedicated to high-end private cinema, it once again raises the bar for traditional home cinema standards.

The goal was to design a room that was elegant, immersive and timeless capable of delivering an experience on par with the world's finest professional movie theaters.

A defining feature of this project is its architecture. Inspired by the nearby sea, the design eschews straight lines in favor of harmonious curves. The stage area, seating platforms, armchairs, and even the screen were all designed with the same radius to create perfect visual continuity. This technical feat results in an atmosphere of exceptional fluidity and elegance.

At the heart of the room sits an impressive, fully custom-made curved CinemaScope screen with a width of 4.69 meters. Paired with a 6,000-lumen 4K laser projector and an 8K acoustically transparent screen surface, it delivers outstanding image quality. Simply settle into one of the 11 Alcantara armchairs to fully immerse yourself in the experience.

The acoustic performance is equally spectacular. This private cinema features a THX Ultra II-certified 9.24.4 audio configuration, powered by a Biosonic Mach 3 wall system that includes five columns dedicated to low frequencies. The sound system was custom-engineered for this installation, utilizing 24 subwoofers, 6 mid-range drivers, and three front channels equipped with compression drivers to ensure perfectly uniform sound distribution throughout the room.

As with all our projects, this room also benefited from a comprehensive acoustic treatment analysis. Thanks to several European patents utilizing the "box-within-a-box" acoustic principle—every frequency is precisely controlled to deliver sound of remarkable accuracy, free from resonance or unwanted interference.

The interior design features carefully selected premium materials: Alcantara seating, pure red wool carpeting, backlit decorative aluminum panels, and a suspended acoustic ceiling featuring a starry sky effect created by no fewer than 700 fiber-optic strands. Every detail contributes to a private cinema that is elegant, understated, and timeless.

This project involved nearly three tons of materials, three months of custom fabrication, and three weeks of installation.
