While many use a large integrated "all in 1" amp for its convenience, VOTRE CINEMA has always recommended separate elements. In this way, each element is dedicated to a precise role (pre-amplification on one side for the decoding of the HD sound, and power amplification on the other side to power the different speakers of the home cinema room) and it does this much better than one sole integrated appliance.

THE VIDEO SCALER: THE BRAIN BEHIND VIDEO
Its primary function is to upscale (transform) all video formats into 4K in order to improve the quality of the image, even before it arrives to the projector… It uses powerful algorithms and dedicated chips whose sole objective is to reproduce an image that is at the same time bright, contrasting, full of details, and has clean contours and precise video sound. Once the image is obtained, no matter the original format the result is incredibly precise and defined, and its depth is clearly emphasized!
The video scaler also plays a role as a source dispatcher (Blu-Ray, Satellite, Gaming console etc…) and at the same time it manages the different projection formats with a simple click of the remote (4:3, 16:9 and the famous 2.35:1 CinemaScope)
It permits to correct the major acoustic incidents in the home cinema room, in order to obtain a perfectly flat frequency curve and to avoid “bumps” and “lulls” from one position to another for the spectators (too much bass or not enough to sum it up).
